This policy explains which data may be processed when you use www.optify.agency and how you can exercise your rights.

Data concerned

The quote request form currently displayed on the website does not send its fields to an OPTIFY server: it runs in the browser. Messages sent directly by email or phone may nevertheless be processed to respond to your request.

  • Information you choose to provide by email or phone, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website and request details.
  • Technical data required to operate and secure the website, which may be processed by our hosting provider in technical logs.
  • The IP address temporarily used to limit abuse of the Shopify theme and app detector. This limit is kept in server memory and is not designed as a user profiling database.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to a contact request or preparing a business relationship, based on pre-contractual measures or your request.
  • Operating and securing the website and preventing abuse, based on our legitimate interest.
  • Measuring website audience with Google Analytics only after your consent.

Recipients and third-party services

Data may be accessed by OPTIFY and, when necessary to operate the website, its technical service providers, including Vercel for hosting. Google Analytics may receive browsing data only if you accept audience-measurement cookies. Third-party websites linked from this website have their own privacy policies.

Retention

Requests and exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process them and manage the relationship, then deleted or archived where required by law. Technical and security data is kept for the period needed to secure and maintain the service. Consent choices are stored in your browser until you withdraw or replace them.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Contact contact@optify.agency with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Transfers and security

Some technical providers may process data from countries outside the European Economic Area. OPTIFY seeks to ensure that the appropriate safeguards required by applicable law are used by the relevant providers. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect data, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
